Transportation Services offers campus shuttles for special events and trips off-campus. All motor pool policies apply to shuttle rentals.

There are two types of shuttles rates available:

| Outside Organization Use | Varies: 8-14 passengers | $100/hr (minimum 4 hrs) |
Please provide at least two weeks advance notice when requesting a driver to ensure scheduling
Shuttle Rental Cancellations
A minimum 48 hours notice is required for all client-initiated cancellations.
All shuttle events scheduled during normal campus shuttle operating hours are subject to cancellation without notice.
Shuttle rentals must be canceled 48 hrs prior to the event. Otherwise, the rental will be charged at the agreed rate.
