Transportation Services offers campus shuttles for special events and trips off-campus. All motor pool policies apply to shuttle rentals.

There are two types of shuttles rates available:

Shuttle Drivers
Campus shuttle w/drivers cost $40/hr, with a four-hour minimum billing. An additional 30 minutes will be added to shuttle reservations to allow for a full vehicle inspection. We do not allow individuals to operate our marked shuttle vehicles.
Please provide at least two weeks advance notice when requesting a driver to ensure scheduling
Shuttle Rental Cancellations
All shuttle events scheduled during normal campus shuttle operating hours are subject to cancelation without notice.
In the event of limited vehicle availability, priority will be given to ensuring campus shuttle routes remain in operation. Campus shuttle service is Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Monday-Thursday evening shuttle from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Shuttle rentals must be canceled 48 hrs prior to the event. Otherwise, the rental will be charged at the agreed rate.
